Snapsort Community Feedback Contest Rules

Contest Rules

The “Snapsort Community Feedback Contest” (the contest) is sponsored by Snapsort (the sponsor) Suite 18, Accelerator Centre, 295 Hagey Blvd., 1st Floor, West Entrance Waterloo, Ontario N2L 6R5 Canada.

The contest begins on March 16 at 6 pm and closes April 7 at 11:59:59 pm EST.
No purchase necessary

Prizes

• May be subject to change
• 1 Nikon D3100 Body
• 1 Canon Powershot SD1400 IS
• 12 Photojojo Camera Lens Mugs
• Snapsort T-Shirts

Eligibility

• The contest is open to only those legal residents of Canada and the Continental United States (the lower 48), Europe, and Australia.
• If shipping is outrageous, or the prize is unavailable locally to you or other unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to substitute the prize or to buy it from the closest available location to you, or require you to visit your local pro shop to pick it up. Worst case we may just pay pal you the money and trust that you buy it and post about your purchase.
• The contest is closed to employees of Snapsort.
• Unfortunately we can only ship t-shirts to the continental US for free – but if you are eligible for a t-shirt and don’t mind paying shipping we’re happy to oblige!

Drawing

• Once the contest has closed winners will be randomly drawn
• Winners will be notified by email, and must provide full mailing information with in 24 hours.
• Odds of wining depends on the number of entries.
• We reserve the right to create additional prizes for those who have awesome feedback on how we can improve.

• By entering this contest you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decision of the sponsors
• By participating in this contest and accepting any prize you may win, you agree to release the sponsors of any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage that may arise in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participating in this contest and/or accepting or use of the prize.

How to enter:

• To enter you must write at least a 100 word review about Snapsort on a reputable blog or website.
• The more feedback you provide us and comments you get from your users the more of an impact you’ll have on improving our site and new features.
• You must submit the link along with your email to Here.
• Entries are limited to one per person.
• Please do not create a new blog to enter this contest.

Other Contest Specifics
How to enter:

• Entries are limited to two per person
  • One by singing up to the mailing list
    • You must submit your email address
  • One by promoting Snapsort on tweeter by retweeting this message”Chance to win a Nikon D3100 at http://snapsort.com, RT this to enter to win a Canon SD1400! @snapsort“
    • We will do our best to track all these tweets but if your account is hidden or you do not show up in the search feed we can not guarantee that we will be able to count your entree.
    • Please refrain from creating or using multiple twitter accounts to enter and reposing the same message twice.
